NBA legend Kobe Bryant sudden passing away has shocked many fans worldwide. The LA Lakers legend Kobe Bryant passed away in a tragic helicopter crash with daughter Gianna and seven other above Calabasas near Los Angeles on Sunday night. As NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal and his family were very close to the Bryant’s, Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef O’Neal took to his social media to express his grief and shared his last chat with the NBA legend, just hours before his tragic death.

On Twitter, Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef O’Neal shared the last chat he had with Kobe Bryant that was just hours before his death. He tweeted, “Literally this morning you reached out to me .... I love you forever uncle love you,” and shared a screenshot of his chat on Instagram with the NBA Lakers legend. In the picture shared by Shareef, the conversation he had with Kobe Bryant took place on Sunday morning, just hours before his death in the tragic helicopter crash. Needless to say, while many fans are deeply saddened by the death of Kobe Bryant, Shareef O’Neal cannot help but come across the fact that Bryant and his daughter Gianna are no more. As Shareef was very close to the Bryant family, he also tweeted, “Kobe was so much more than an athlete, he was a family man. That was what we had most in common. I would hug his children like they were my own and he would embrace my kids like they were his. His baby girl Gigi was born on the same day as my youngest daughter Me’Arah.”



 Mourning over the NBA legend’s sudden passing away, Shareef O’Neal also took to his Twitter to ask fans to organize a parade in his memory. He tweeted, “Can we shut down LA for a day and just have a Kobe parade ... someone set it up,” and asked his followers if anyone could help set it up.  




Meanwhile, apart from Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef O’Neal, celebrities Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and many others expressed their grief and extended their condolences to the Bryant family on the passing away of the legend.
